To add a new event:
On the module menu, click Add Events (Figure 1):

On the Event Settings page (Figure2) set the following settings as needed:
Title - Enter a title for the event.
All Day Event - If the event spans the entire day such as a holiday this removes the event time portion.
Start Date/Time - When the event begins.
End Date/Time - When the event ends.
Display End Date - Hide/show the event end date.
Importance - Importance level of the event (Low, Normal, High).
Category - The Category the event falls under. Categories have colors associated with them which which are displayed as the backgorund color of the event Title.
Location - The Location of the event. Locations have URL's associated with them to direct users to maps or additional information.
Notes - Information about the event. Inforamtion can contain text, images, and links.
Image Settings (optional) -
Display Image - Check to access the image settings.
Link Type - Select an image file for the event. Click for instructions.
Width - The width in pixels to display the image in.
Height - The height in pixels to display the image in.
Recurring Settings (optional) -
Recurring Event - Check to access the recurring event settings.
Recurrence End Date - Do not repeat past this date.
Periodic Event - Repeat every # of (day, week, month, year).
Weekly Event - Repeat on particular day(s) of a week(s).
Monthly Event - Repeat on a particular day of each month.
Annual Event - Repeat each year on a particular day.
Once all values have been set click on the Update link located at the bottom of the page.
