Adding Documents  

To add a new document or URL:

On the module menu, click Add New Document (Figure 1):

On the Edit Documents page (Figure2) set the following settings as needed:

Title - Enter a title for the item. This is the link text that will be displayed.

Description - Desctiption about the item.

Category - Select a category for the item. Categories must be setup by the Host.

Owner - The CMS user who is the owner of the item.

Link Type - What type of link content do you want to link to.
      URL - Link to another website. Click for instructions.
      File - Link to a file uploaded to your site. Click for instructions.

Link Options - Additional settings for the link.
      Track Number Of Times This Link Is Clicked? - Turns on Site Log auditing for the link.
      Log The User, Date, And Time For Every Link Click? - Additional auditing information.
      Open Link In New Browser Window? - Opens a new browser window to display link content.

Sort Index - If you want to sort other than by the available fields you can use customer values here. Numbers work well and the field defaults to 0. You set which fields to use for sorting on the Module Settings page.

Once all values have been set click on the Update link located at the bottom of the page.
