In addition to the settings associated with the individual announcements within your Announcements Module some additional settings which affect the entire module may be set as well. These settings can be accessed using the Module Settings page.  Refer to Figure 4 for the following Announcements Section settings descriptions:

History (Days) - The number of days past an announcements Publish Date to display it. Leave blank to show all announcements.

Display Future Items - If checked announcements with a Publish Date in the future will be displayed.

Template  - Template used to display each announcements. Use the help link for information on which tokens can be used. (for advanced users) 

Once all setting values have been set click on the Update link at the bottom of the page.
